I teach.
As any teacher will confirm, sometimes you fall in Love with your Students.
Just the way you sometimes fall in Love with Your Nurse
or your New Baby
or your Elderly Neighbor
or Any Person you see engaged in some valiant kindness,
walking through their Life in Heroic Ways,
or who awakens you to your own humanity —
Who helps you to see the World from a New and Brighter Perspective!
ADAM is like that!
He was my Student some 15 years ago.

Easter Morning.
Another one of those “Religious” Holidays
So I am nervous about saying, “Happy Easter!”
Because if someone belongs to a religion that doesn’t celebrate
Or associates Christianity with the ideology of TED CRUZ or other neo-cons,
They might be offended.
But, like most Holidays from YOM KIPPUR to DIWALI to CHRISTMAS…
To me, it’s an Invitation!

Dr. JOHN WADDELL
Earthling, Mr. Wonderful, Psychologist, Metaphysical Teacher
& Expert on the Conscious and Practical Application of the Law Of Attraction
JOHN helped sort things out.
He was the Beloved of our Beloved SARK
And she was So Generous in sharing him with all of us.
I once frenetically whined to him that I did not understand how the Law of Attraction worked.
I told him that as I was heading home to speak with him on the phone
rushing from a day of Work and taking care of MOM,
I was late because of missing several different trains, each by a hair’s breadth,
and my phone battery dying
when just as I stepped from the station, the skies broke into torrential rain…
Really? Could I be attracting all of this!?
He spoke calmly and Lovingly, “Yes!
You can change these things. Quite easily.
But why would you want to?
Your Life sounds like a movie — something most of us only dream of Living.
You have that.
Why would you want to change it?
I don’t think that you do.”
JOHN had a way of turning on a LightBulb for people in their Lives.
He handed out small Epiphanies
the way other generous souls might hand out candy to children.

And this year, it’s posted before WASHINGTON’S BIRTHDAY! 🙂
For those who don’t know, My Christmas Card traditionally arrives sometime in January or February, but has always made it out before Easter Sunday! After so many years, it has become somewhat of a Lovely Tradition!
I think of it as one way of Celebrating the Values of Christmas the Whole Year through!
As we get deeper into Winter, reminders of Kindness, Generosity, Love, Peace on Earth and Good Will toward Everyone are generally Welcome and Appreciated.
I hope that this story can be that for you.

This alone caused a bit of a stir — an onslaught of comments which escalated to the point where the Group Administrator deleted my Post.

In responding, I learned a little bit more about Why I Write.

I Believe in the Power of Words.
The Quote, attributed to many, goes:

A Few Nights ago, the President of the United States, BARACK OBAMA, gave his Final State of the Union Address.
I began to think about the Words he spoke,
and wondered if much of it could be applied to ourselves as Individuals,
And if each of us were Kind and Nurturing to Ourselves,
How that would affect the Country, and the World, as a Whole.
GHANDI said, “If you want Peace, Be Peaceful.”
